  10. I currently have an account with dollar shave club. I cannot reach anyone on the chat line to find out where my order is. I’ve gone to the upper right-hand corner to the box which states that the box is empty. It doesn’t give me a shipping date or anything else. I joined dollar shave club to avoid these issues. Someone needs to contact me or refund my account What cancel it.

  17. The last order I received was incorrect. I did not receive the razor blades I ordered, (the white cartridges with the yellow strip). What i did receive were (the black cartridges with the orange strip), which do not meet my needs nor my requirements. If I continue to get incorrect orders, I may cancel subsequent orders.
